Villa 'Kalamar Dream' (KD) has 6 bedrooms, 2 masters, 3 doubles, (all with en-suites with walk -showers and amazing panoramic sea views, the two Masters also have baths) & 1 twin bedroom

The roof terrace is still huge even with the extra bedroom and gym built on it.

 

All 6 bedrooms have air con, as has the main living room. 

 

4 of the bedrooms have TV's.Two of the doubles have flat screen TV’s, the two masters also have a Full Sky Sports & BT Sports package + all normal UK cable TV channels, films and box sets. 

 

The living room has a 65’ UHD, Smart, K4 TV with Full Sky Sports & BT Sports package. 

 

There are 10 sun beds with tables on the pool terrace plus a large soft seating area, another seating area with 4 foam seats and table, 2 very large & 4 smaller parasols, a large round marble table with 12 seats next to the stone built BBQ for outside dining. The villa has amazing panoramic sea views form All levels, even, including the games room.

 

5 of the bedrooms have by-fold doors bring the outside in. The main living room has 3 sets of by-fold doors that open up onto the pool terrace making the whole ground floor seem like one massive space. 

 

All the bedrooms come with magnified make up mirrors, high quality hair dryers & hair straighteners, Olive oil body lotion, wet wipes & for your convenience your own iron. (Note : There is also an iron and ironing board in the utility room) 

 

Complimentary toilet rolls, paper kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid,  washing powder, fabric softener, wet wipes, olive oil hand cream, hand soap & 5No. x 19L water bottles supplied FoC. 

 

The infinity swimming pool (8m x 5m) is 1 depth all over (1.4m) great for swimming but more importantly ideal for pools games, with no silly unusable deep end. 

 

We will require a fully refundable £NIL breakages deposit. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return from holiday as long as there are no major breakages. Broken glasses, cups, plates etc etc are treated as wear & tear and not charged for, we just ask you let us know if you do break any so we can replace them in time for our next guests arrival.  

 

Note : The breakages deposit amount (£NIL)  will be added to your final balance payment.

 

The villa has free WiFi throughout.  

 

There are 7 Alexa’s in the villa, 1  in the main living room and another 6, 1 in each bedroom.  

 

The games room comes with the following, dart board, air hockey, basketball arcade machine, snooker/pool table, table football, table tennis table, TV with a Wii, playstation (3)+ board games, 4 bar stools and 2 high marble tables plus a soft seating area, so plenty to keep the kids occupied / entertained while you sunbath on either the extensive pool and / or roof terrace.
